I was hired to work at Split with a purpose: to transform the brand image from a service provider into a producer of high quality intellectual properties. Since then, the Communications team has been working on this repositioning on the most diverse fronts (strategic planning, social media management, corporate communication, internal communication) and has been producing solid results: there are already more than 70 thousand followers spread across the studio's social networks and of its projects, and several cases of digital success both from Split's original IPs ("Boomies", "Qual É Broto" and "Entre as Estrelas") and from clients (with emphasis on the project "Teamfight Tactics: Pequenas Aventuras", from Riot Games).

Split's Communications team was responsible for all strategic planning for the animated web series Teamfight Tactics: Little Adventures, by Riot Games. I was also part of the script team for the animated pieces. The first season was a success, garnering more than 50 million views on Instagram and 70 million on TikTok. Starring the little legends Choncc, Pingu and Shisa, the series presents an expanded universe of content that also includes webcomics, stickers and playlists inspired by the most charismatic characters from Teamfight Tactics (TFT), a strategy game set in the League of Legends universe. . The first season has 13 episodes that vary between 15 and 30 seconds and was created and produced entirely in Brazil, inspired by aspects of anime language, with a fun and engaging narrative, and a happy and humorous tone. I'm part of the team of volunteers at the Mundo Avatar portal, the largest LATAM source for Avatar: The Last Airbender and its spin-offs for 16 years. Throughout my career at the portal, I held several roles, starting as a presenter and scriptwriter, and eventually becoming a producer and content strategist for social media.

During this period, I was responsible for coordinating the internal dissemination of content launches across all the holding's channels in order to engage employees, and I also worked on the process of reformulating the company's internal culture.
