From the moment I stepped out into the world as a self-sufficient adult, I worked in customer service and administrative roles. From working within a call center to working the cash register at a retail store to running the office of a small, family-owned contractor, I've learned many things and wore many hats. With a flare for organization and an unusual love of filing, office work seemed to come natural to me. However, I have also always had the soul of a creator in me. Daydreaming, doodling, and imagining fantastic worlds based on "what-ifs". I'm a writer, a voice actor, and a comic colorist. What fulfillment I don't find in my day job I find in my creative pursuits. Through these extracurriculars, I have had the amazing opportunities to meet some of my favorite comic industry professionals, a wide array of respected entertainment professionals, and many extremely talented individuals. Having a glimpse into the world of comic convention artists and talent, I found an excitement in the prospect of being able to talk to people about their journey and where they hope to go from here and I decided to apply this knowledge to something I could use to help myself, my family, and my new-found friends...I enrolled in the Digital Marketing Bachelors program at Full Sail University. I am looking forward to what my future now holds and all the opportunities I have to apply what I'm learning to my career and help those around me grow their own.
