I don’t focus on myself; I dig in and get to work!I am “of the people, by the people and for the people”: “of” because I have worked my way up through the ranks, learning everything I can along the way and being recognized for my biggest achievements; “by” as in my belief that to lead or manage, I must have a working knowledge of each of the roles and the parts they play in any project; and “for” because I am extremely adept in client relations and communication.I am passionate about process. I work hard and love to see projects through every step. I don’t micromanage because I hire a strong team and once I am clear that the process is running smoothly, whether it’s live theater, travel itinerary development, on-site management or brand launches, I can assure the client that the finished product will meet or exceed their expectations.I would consider the successful creative development and management of entertainment/live production across numerous global venues simultaneously one of my greatest professional achievements.
