My passion lies with writing and editorial work, and I offer experience in both creative and professional forms of writing. I enjoy developing ideas and presenting information -- be it fictional or not -- in a way that will hold a reader's attention and stay with them long after the last word. Perhaps the only thing I enjoy more than developing the substance of a writing piece is polishing its presentation. Rearranging sentences and checking grammatical consistency until the writing truly shines brings me great satisfaction. Art is another passion of mine, and I have studied it since childhood. Translating images from my mind onto paper or a screen by traditional or digital means is a process which brings me both joy and frustration. Years of practice have taught me to be detail oriented, to develop an eye for design, and to push myself outside my comfort zone in order to improve. To "do what we love" is a blessing, but no matter what my position I strive to be a reliable worker with a strong work ethic. I seek to overcome challenges, to develop new skills, and to grow as an individual. Whether my task involves creative writing, professional correspondence, or data entry, I take pride in knowing I have made a valuable contribution to the company and that I have a positive impact on those around me.
