I am a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience in supporting business owners with business advisory, structures, taxation and wealth creation.After many years of advising owners on transitioning to having managers own equity in their businesses and seeing the positive results this generated it became apparent that others would also benefit from this option however they had reached a place where they were ready to sell.
