Key Results: Managed high volume employee relations for 1,600 contact center employees. Led HR team of two HR Generalists, 3 Recruiters and one HR Specialist. Managed recruiting strategy and budget for call center, hiring approximately 1,000 employees per year. Developed and implemented various management training modules for US region, including: Sexual Harassment and Discrimination, HR 101 for Managers, FMLA and LOA training, and Performance Management.  Hired and trained four HR Managers to support three additional sites with 2,000 additional employees between 2004 and 2005. Managed administration of all employee benefit programs from 2005-2007 including health wellness and 401k plans. Led transition from fully insured to self-funded medical plan. Consolidated multiple benefit plans after acquisition in 2004 and implemented new STD, LTD, additional Life Insurance and Flex Spending Plans. Supported all HR initiatives for IPO including management of initial stock grants. Created career development plans and implemented new bonus structures for IT. Partnered with external compensation consultant to create compensation levels for all positions across the organization.
