I work across dance, art and psychosomatic practices. As an artist, I have experience both on stage and on screen, freelancing as a dance artist for choreographers, engaging in collaborations and developing my own projects (performative, installations, texts). I hold a University Diploma (University Pessoa, Portugal) in a psycho-somatic approach titled Perceptual Education. I support individuals and groups using sensorial tools (meditation, movement, fascia therapy treatments, dialogue and artistic practices).
