I love solving problems. Like untying a particularly tricky knot, it’s all in understanding how things connect. There is a beginning and an end to every project and, if I do my job right, you will barely even notice the journey. That's because I identify potential issues before they become problems. I plan ahead and anticipate shortcomings to avoid bottlenecks in production. I pay attention to details and empathize with my team while maintaining full transparency with my clients. I make sure everyone has their needs met and knows what is expected of them. I make things work well. I make things seem easy. I am a Project Manager and my job is to understand my client's needs and the needs of the workforce in order to execute projects with the highest level of efficiency and quality to make your business grow.I am nothing if not eclectic and have experience in a wide range of fields from English literature to scientific instrumentation and have used my project management skills in every phase of my education and experience. I have managed teams of upwards of 40 people in both the field and in house; I have completed two undergraduate degrees, one while pursuing a research career. I thrive on understanding the big picture and my joy is not only in the delivery of a pristine product, but also in collaborating with teams of professionals to help them do their jobs in the best way they can. I am a liaison between two worlds that can often clash; I bring everyone together into a coalescent whole. I make teams out of people and I work to make dreams reality.
