As a guide for people with a serious illness, a trainer of mindfulness and stress reduction (MBSR), and a certified life coach, I have been supporting people to cope with stressful and challenging life situations for over 15 years. I work with individuals and groups, online and in person, at my own company De Appelboom, where I offer tools and support to help people face the unknown with more ease, resilience, and connection.My approach is holistic and compassionate, focused on your wholeness, which is always present, in any circumstance. I draw on deep wisdom from Buddhism and mindfulness, as well as decades of experience in palliative care and coaching. I am also a Zen teacher, trained by a great Japanese Zen master, who inspired me to live fully before dying. My mission is to share this inspiration and transformation with you and to empower you to live from a place of balance and inner freedom.
