• Maintain distribution lists, tracking database and flows for processing of construction and engineering project specific documents. Implement Hard and Soft copy filing structure in accordance to Intel’s Project File.
• Log accurately all construction and engineering documentation in a database to effectively and efficiently track status.
• Involve project team via phone or e-mail when resolving records management issues and maintaining accurate distribution lists.
• Do monthly self-assessments to ensure documentation is not missing and all required construction and engineering deliverables are received and filed.
• Ensure all parties are notified of all available engineering drawing packages are released for construction. Maintain accurate documentation of delivery dates to meet construction schedule.
• Log, create transmittal, copy and distribute all correspondence. Track and route documents for signatures and information security/ confidentiality requirements.

• Purchasing:
• Maintained accurate order entry and communication with suppliers to meet PGE’s daily and job specific needs
• Placed purchase orders based on PGE requirements and supplier lead times
• Responsible for reviewing purchasing reports to adjust warehouse stock levels
• Assisted in annual supplier bids including accurate input of quotes
• Reviewed supplier invoices for pricing and shipping discrepancies. Created and maintained an Excel spreadsheet for corporate accounting of these discrepancies

• Responsible for documenting all repairs on test equipment
• Urgent repairs were closely monitored and special documentation was used to expedite these repairs
• Responded to incoming calls and evaluated customer needs and requirements regarding repairs needed on test equipment
• Sales reports as well as customer buying trends were evaluated to develop and execute telephone and written sales presentations
• Telephone presentations for test equipment were made to Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Electronic, and OEM customers to several territories across the United States.Files were updated routinely to advise.
