As a business consultant, I was responsible for imparting knowledge on entrepreneurship and innovation through workshops and facilitating the development of startups at various stages, from ideation to growth. I assisted businesses in market validation, business model design, solution development and testing, marketing strategies, sales process design, investment facilitation, and more, utilizing techniques such as Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Customer Development, Business Model Canvas, and Lean Startup.I had the opportunity to assess over 100 businesses for program selection and provided support in the training of over 50 businesses, of which more than 25 received direct consulting from me throughout the process.

I was responsible for creating and managing programs and workshops for diverse clients, working on dozens of projects with the following key topics:- Agile Mindset Implementation (theoretical foundations, implementation, and follow-up)- Scrum Implementation (fundamentals, definition of ceremonies and artifacts, implementation, and follow-up)- OKRs Implementation (fundamentals, defining overall OKRs, defining team OKRs, implementation, and follow-up)- Open trainings such as Job to be done, Design Thinking, Design Sprint, and others.

Development of a new mentality in Sales and the search for increased results, through the focus on the customer experience.

• Assistance in the development of actions, methodologies and processes with the university professor for entrepreneurship activities at the University within the scope of the Startup Universitário project and the Minas Digital program.• Contribution to the elaboration, management and dissemination of actions and results related to the entrepreneurship and innovation activities developed;• Contribution to the development of new projects aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship and technological innovation in Minas Gerais;• Articulation of partnerships between companies, ICTs and development agencies and investors with a view to strengthening the environment for innovation and technological entrepreneurship at the University and, consequently, at Minas Gerais;• Application of courses for the development of skills and abilities in university students;• Work with innovation agents throughout the State to carry out activities to promote entrepreneurship.• Participation in meetings and decision making;

Projects:• Elaboration of the company's Strategic Planning; The team developed all stages of PE construction, with SWOT analysis, PDCA, creation of strategic guidelines, performance indicators, priority actions. General performance analysis meetings were prepared, critical analyzes of departments and weekly control of strategic actions.• Elaboration of the Mapping and Standardization of the company's Processes; Planning a project to map all areas of the company, the first area to be mapped was the commercial area, where more than 35 documents were developed, including forms, work instructions and control items. Subsequently, the HR, Administrative and Personnel Department functions were mapped and standardized.• Structuring of the Management System; The need for unification between departments of strategic and operational actions was the main reason for starting to structure the Arion Management System, the quality department was created and all projects had my participation and strategic decisions, due to the lack of inexistence of a production engineer in the company. Today, the entire company has systematization, management analysis meetings and, above all, standardization in its already mapped processes.•Structuring the Project Office The Mapping and Standardization of Processes project in the Engineering area had the desire to implement a project office. For this, there was a study of the PMBOK, the stages in the planning of this project were based on the separation of the PMBOK, in the case of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing. There was also a focus on the implementation of Ms Project, which was underused by the company, in which those involved were trained and guided towards learning and application in their respective projects.

My responsibility was to deal with the company's customer, that is, it is the sales analysts together with the sales manager who carry out the visits and who actively prospect possible customers.Furthermore:• Participation in an external project of Mapping and Standardization of Processes and 5S Program lasting 18 weeks, from September 2015 to February 2016; The project that covered two services in the area of ​​quality; firstly, a 5S Program in which the 5 senses were organized for the common good of employees and customers, since their common and work areas were totally inappropriate, and the Mapping and Standardization of Processes, in which the main procedures were created and house guides, in order to improve and standardize the work of employees and create knowledge management.• Participation in an internal project of Approach by processes/Adequacy of ISO 9001: 2015 lasting 6 months, from January 2016 to June 2016; The project began adapting the old standard to that of 2015, with a view to recertification of the company. With the management of the Quality Department, I was able to participate by changing documents to adapt them to macro processes and participating in the internal audit as an auditor, aiming at the external audit of maintenance of the ISO 9001:2008 standard, which took place, without non-conformities, in May 2016.
