Ensured implementation and delivery of training to employees globally, working directly with VP and Manager of People Development. Sourced authors and training specialists to deliver training virtually. Interacted with vendors to secure logistics and schedule training sessions.• Enabled increased telecourse delivery from 1 to 10 per week by creating a process for initiating and tracking telecourses.• Proposed and executed improvement that deployed electronic vs. manual process for delivering books to employees in advance of training sessions.• Created web pages using a Knowledge Base, enabling training to be posted on People Development Network website before training occurred and also making recorded training available for registration. • Entered training records into LMS, ensuring accuracy of information. • Edited live training sessions and provided employee access by removing background noise and redundant information from mp3’s recorded using Audacity and posting to intranet.• Gathered monthly training information supporting communication to employees of upcoming training.• Reviewed upcoming training sessions, providing materials to registrants through weekly mailings.• Tracked ongoing and past training details using Excel (including number of registrants, instructor, and material costs) and reported numbers monthly. • Monitored training budget and ensured cost containment, processing and posting invoices and negotiating pricing with vendors.• Participated in initiative that moved all HR files to electronic system as nominated e-doc Champion for People Department.
