CLAUDIE PIERLOT at HARRODS – Harrods is the home of over 5000 brands, shop designer fashion and accessories, luxury beauty, fine jewellery and watches, food, furniture and more. Claudie Pierlot is a Parisian fashion house founded in 1984, today is owned by SMCP, a group of around 250 points of sale and nearly 700 collaborators in Europe.- Lead the sales team as the backup of the sales managers, improving the store standards and achieving better levels of organization and planning.- Implemented a new controlling of the store performance that made clear the conversion rates and improved the quality of our reports.- Weekly reported the performance of the store to the head office of Claudie Pierlot and to Harrods. Also responsible for tracking the targeted KPIs and defining the route.- Attended costumers from all around the world as fashion adviser, having two formal positive feedbacks at Harrods.
