We opened the e-commerce during the first months of the health crisis generated by Covid-19, which posed challenges such as lack of materials, courier and suppliers working, self-managed production and shipments, restricted mobility hours, among others.The e-commerce initially focused on producing and selling furniture for home office spaces for remote work. Later, we ventured into the production and sale of other wooden items.Some of my responsibilities were:• Management, packaging, shipping, and tracking of e-commerce orders.• Inventory management, creating labels, and coordinating shipments (self-managed and through couriers).• Customer service: communicating with customers, resolving inquiries and issues.• Social media management and brand creation.
