I am Brandon School Division's Continuous Improvement Administrator. I have over fifteen years experience specializing in personalized coaching in curriculum development, instructional design, formative and summative assessment creation, skill scaffolding, and technology integration for academic and vocational educators, and post-secondary students. I have designed, developed, facilitated, and assessed training for public education and post-secondary adult learners. I create positive, open, and inclusive learning environments to maximize and enhance adult learning. My passion is to empower learners to cultivate their capacity and foster a life-long love of learning.
