- Responsible to supervise the BIM team solving issues and clashes related to Model compatibilization; - Define and maintain the schedule of activities, assigning responsibilities according to the team's schedules; - Responsible to check and release the department's deliverables; - Define workflows and team orientation, to improve the quality of deliveries and reinforce communication between different disciplines;- Assessment of interference between disciplines and monitoration of BIM models; - Responsible for training sessions to all company’s employees about BIM metodology.

- Carrying out viability studies for vehicle storage and logistics buildings;- Evaluation of architectural and industrial projects, overseeing municipal approvals nationwide; - Responsible for checking and validating Fire System Projects; - Formulating scopes, analyzing budgets, and supervising contracts to ensure excellence in contracted activities across various states of the country;- Coordinating and planning actions related to architectural regularization, meeting the company's needs in different states; - Conducting on-site visits to the company's facilities for brief inspections of construction works in various states of Brazil.

- Designing, modeling, and creating architectural construction documents (CD's) using Revit software for modeling and ProjectWise as a Common Data Environment (CDE);- Collaborating with earthmoving and installation teams, conducting daily compatibility checks between projects;- Conducting technical analysis of projects created by colleagues or external parties;- Serving as a 'BIM Multiplier,' assisting the team, resolving queries, and enhancing the BIM processes and practices adopted by the company;- Responsible for providing training to department employees on the effective utilization of specific plugins utilized by the company in Revit software;- Operating in various cities across the country, maintaining direct contact with municipal, state, and federal regulations, as well as Brazilian ADA standards.

- Designing, modeling, and creating architectural construction documents (CD's) using Revit software for modeling and ProjectWise as a Common Data Environment (CDE);- Collaborating with the earthworks and installations teams;- Updating old projects to comply with current legislation and technical standards;- Operating in various cities across the country, maintaining direct contact with municipal, state, and federal regulations, as well as Brazilian ADA standards.

- Responsible to Model residential building typologies in BIM using Revit software for modeling and ProjectWise as a Common Data Environment (CDE).
