About Ingrid Harb

Empowering leaders and organizations to become self-aware and cultivate cultures of belonging.In my early twenties, I ignited a global movement by founding the Women Ambassadors Forum (WAF), driven by a passionate desire to unite female change-makers worldwide. Through WAF, I welcomed over 200 young leaders annually from more than 150 countries, tirelessly working to connect impactful individuals for a brighter future. As a fervent TEDx speaker, proud Latina, and multicultural leader, I dedicate myself to fostering organizational cultures where the BIPOC community feels a profound sense of belonging.With over a decade of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Learning & Development, I have led significant advancements in inclusion and belonging across corporations, cities, and universities. Through NOTA Inclusion, I established a speaker's bureau to amplify diverse voices and nurture inclusivity.In 2023, I partnered with the University of South Florida to design and launch a certificate program in Cross-Cultural Leadership. This certificate has already seen over 10,000 participants enroll and achieve certification, underscoring its impactful reach and success. My electrifying TEDx talk, "The Power of Unlearning," sparks a transformative movement towards authenticity and inclusion.

For two years as an undergrad I organized two five day forums growing my audience from 2 countries to 85 countries in outreach.
