The Energy Transition Sustainability team guides and safeguards the journey towards full decarbonisation of Maersk's operations and our customers’ supply chains end-to-end by using science-based methods to ensure sustainability throughout the full life cycle of the fuels and energy we deploy in Maersk.

- Established Maritime DTU - Centre for Maritime Activities at DTU, which is the focal point for maritime education, research and innovation activities at DTU and the maritime industry's point-of-entry at DTU.- Coordinated the Naval Architecture and maritime engineering education and established study tracks across DTU departments (naval architecture, machinery, coastal engineering, hydrodynamics, environmental, electrical, transport engineering, engineering management)- Coordinated of maritime research activities within hydrodynamics, wave loads, autonomous shipping technology, exhaust gas cleaning and environmental impacts of shipping.

- Wave loads on containerships- Hydro-elastic response of large containerships - Wave-induced structural vibrations in ships (whipping and springing)- Fatigue damage estimation from spectral analysis- Statistical prediction methods for extreme ship responses

Responsible for monitoring fleet fuel consumption. Environmental reporting and energy efficiency of DFDS' fleet of owned and chartered Ro-Ro and Ro-Pax ships.

Student assistent in Nautical Department. EEDI, ship emissions, reporting of fuel consumption for Danish merchant fleet, preparation of IMO papers.
