Working as a lead Service Designer responsible for the customer journey of the advisory meeting. One of the challenges was that some users made the journey solely digital and others made it as a combination of digital and physical meetings. Everybody should have the same quality level of the service. The journey included different products and teams (such as pension, savings and PFM) and the design and communication needed to be aligned, and making sure the customer experience was cohesive.

The difficulties lay in understanding the system in a very short time, finding and prioritizing needs and creating solution proposals for a very tight time budget.2015 VGR ’Beställningsbara produkter’ needed to be implemented in the Vårdguiden 1177. The challenge was to make stakeholders understand that their solution was not user friendly. Iterating prototypes of the UI became the key to get to a common understanding of what was required and what could be the best for the users.2013-2014 Volvohandelns UtvecklingsbolagVU turned its existing reseller system into a web platform. I was responsible for whole user experience, interaction design, concept development and user testing in close collaboration with internal requirements managers, development teams and reference groups of users.2011-2013 Volvo IT (ADT - Application Development Techniques)The work primarily involved coaching entire project teams and individuals in how to work with customer experience within the entire Volvo Group AB. The projects varied from small internal teams to global teams with work spread across different countries. Together with other method experts, guidelines were made for an agile way of working. I was also responsible and held courses in UX-design and held several inspirational talks in the organisation.

Investigation of different user groups and user needs for one of the company’s product. This was carried out through contextual studies and interviews with users from all over Europe including e.g. UK, the Czech republic and Germany. This resulted in personas, scenarios and workshop with the development team. Requirement and needs for the next product.
