- Member of the Executive Committee and advisory role to the management team- Corporate communications: production of high-impact visual and editorial content (annual activity report, success stories, articles and posts on social networks, etc.).- Press relations: writing & distribution of press releases, management of journalists' requests, media training, monitoring of media coverage.- Administration of the website (www.minalogic.com) and monthly newsletter (completely redesigned in June 2022)- Power BI data analysis: > creation of the Minalogic KPI dashboard, a decision-making tool. > creation of datavisualizations (graphs and interactive maps)

Management of the cluster’s corporate communications and branding strategy : promote the cluster internally and externally, using a wide range of tools (web and social media, influence, print, press...).

▪ contribution to the design & implementation of the internal communications strategy for France, in collaboration with the Communications Director> our global objective: reduce noise to increase the impact of communications on employees and draw their attention on the most important and strategic contents▪ In continuous relation with business, marketing and HR teams: design and deployment of internal communications campaigns, using our internal channels (intranet, newsletter, internal social network, onsite TV screens, events...)▪ Contribution to the organization of internal events, in particular the "Temps Forts France" ("France highlights"), which gathers annually all the commercial teams (1400 employees) around France's strategic topics.
