Currently, I am studying masters in Business Analysis and Performance Management and International Management (CEMS) at Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).Since starting at NHH I have been active in NHHS Consulting AS. First as a Junior Consultant, then later on as a CEO and HR manager. Overall these roles have given me great project and consultant experience, and also varied leader experience. I am often described as a positive and solution-oriented person, especially great at motivating myself and others. One of my strengths is thinking outside the box, which I consider an important skill in solving problems. Moreover, with my competitive spirit and optimistic mindset, I rarely give up when confronted by obstacles. In other words, I love a great challenge. I prefer to tackle challenges in a team, as I believe that with the right tools, two minds always think better than one
