Recruiting Skills• Manage on-campus recruiting program and facilitate all recruiting activities for full-time positions.• Develop and facilitate job fairs for students and alumni/ae.• Initiate contact with potential employers for job postings, resumé referrals and networking contacts.• Facilitate networking opportunities in New York and Boston.• Organize events such as career panels and presentations for student participation.• Expand and maintain recruiting program through company research and local and regional networking. Training and Presentation Skills• Teach workshops on topics such as; resumé writing, networking, interviewing skills and job searching.• Participate in senior seminar and other courses to answer questions about job searching, the graduate school application process, networking, employer searches and more.• Conduct, critique and provide feedback for student practice/mock interviews.• Provide information on career and counseling services in admissions office open houses. Coaching and Administrative Skills• Coach and advise students and alumni/ae on issues regarding choosing a major, career education and career change and graduate, law, and medical school advising.• Assist students, staff and alumni/ae with cover letter and resumé development and revision, job search strategies, interviewing skills and networking skills.• Utilize assessment tools such as MBTI and TypeFocus as well as self-exploration to assist clients with the career education process.

Taught a Personal Branding course as a marketing elective. Worked with students to assist them in developing a brand. Planned lessons, provided networking contacts, engaged students and pushed them to grow and develop their professional image.
