In the Strategic Projects Operations team I am responsible for expansion into new markets, standardization of efficient processes and definition of requirements for new or improved tech tools for Flix global usage Main responsibilities:- Find optimization possibilities in Flix's processes- Plan and coordinate rollouts with high yearly budgets- Collect Use Cases, requirements and budgets to derive Business Cases- Lead projects using Agile for our buses from the idea to the launch- Perform (UX) research, testing and analysis (Excel and PowerBI)- Coordinating a network of international stakeholders

At 3778 we use AI to make healthcare integrated and faster in all levels. As a member of the design team, I work on UX testing, research, ideation techniques and wireframing to create and validate product ideas and journey maps. We became a group in 2021, receiving a R$ 200 million (US$ 30 million) funding round, holding more than 1 million customers in our database.Main activities:- Using UX testing, research and ideation techniques to validate product ideas- Plan and create wireframes using Figma- Integrate Product, Design and Technology teams in the process- Our team is Agile and we use JIRA to track the Sprints

DPS is a highly intensive experience, in which a new product is developed in just 3 months. I work in an agile team of 6 and combine all my knowledge from psychology, people management, tech recruitment, and user experience in order to deliver a MVP for VolunGo – a product focused on social development through volunteering. - Manage the backlog with agile methodology using Jira- Work from definition of a problem to ideation and MVP development until final delivery of a complete solution through user testing and iterations- Work with a team of engineers and designers and coordinate the whole process- Prepare ideation, review and planning sessions - Take care of the product roadmap and ensure that the team is moving towards the established goals - Conduct testing sessions with wireframes and the MVP, including tester recruiting

My challenge at Codenation was to grow a startup from 4 employees to 20. Besides regular recruiting activities I also took part in the development of processes and internal products to identify potential and help developers to achieve technical skills. The company was acquired in 2020 by Trybe.
