Catalogued gaps in assurance processes and assembled a squad to address issues and to develop the business case for investing in fixes.• Managed technology acquisition processes end-to-end, from business requirements to in-field Pilots and post-pilot reviews.

- Managed a portfolio of ~30 value chain development projects in Asia and Africa. Managed the growth in projects from 10 in 2013 to ~30 in 2016. Programs included regional, national and local value chain development projects in rural and peri-urban communities. Involved throughout the project cycle from conceptualisation to evaluation. - Advised World Vision national offices in the development of country program strategies: provided technical support to 20 country offices to develop and implement value chain projects. Supported 10 country offices to develop Economic Development national strategies.- Designed and facilitated multi-day training programs on economic development and value chain development for ~150 staff in Asia and East and Southern Africa. Developed toolkits for staff to successfully engage in value chain and market system projects.

- Managed the implementation of SNV’s ‘Managing for Results’ project across Asia: worked collaboratively with over 100 staff on 50 development projects across the eight countries to improve the design and quality of projects- Implemented a customised online project quality management system.- Collaborating on the development of project concepts and proposals for a range of multi-lateral and bi-lateral donors.- Trained staff on project monitoring and quality management practices and systems
