As an appointed member of The Council’s Ingrid's main role is to assist in developing and executing the policies and practices of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programme. Web publishing and Content Development CompanyKey AccomplishmentsDeveloped and co-edited the Caribbean’s first and only fully downloadable monthly magazine that covers Caribbean Arts & Culture called Caribarts.: Caribgreetings.com – Web Content Development for this the Caribbean’s first online greeting site. : Developed the first Internet Guide for Jamaica and the Caribbean ( iGuide) which won a National Press Association of Jamaica award for Innovation in Media.: Developed,produced and hosted a live weekly technology radio show called Tech Talk Live onHOT 102FM of the CVM TV Communications Group.

For this New York-based startup, I hired, trained and managed the content development team and the process in creating, aggregating and editing original text, audio, video and community web content;as well as produced interactive content tools for the best online user experience – all consistent with the company’s marketing, web site traffic and revenue goals. Worked closely with the marketing and the web development teams to ensure consistent communications across web sites. Key Accomplishments : Developed the web content prototype used to fast track the development of 9 of 50 planned 50 global HomeView sites.: Negotiated contracts and signed high value independent content providers.: Consulted with web content team leaders in Trinidad, Guyana, Ghana and Bangladesh.: Designed and implemented an innovative web content production process and training manual.: Recruited, trained and led a four-person content development team.
