I am interested in evidence-based policy making, and using rigorous quantitative evaluation to improve project design and scale-up programs. I have worked with representatives of national and local public institutions in Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Paraguay as I have coordinated and prepared reports and presentations for clients in the private and public sectors, as well as bilateral and multilateral agencies.I have participated in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects related to poverty, education, sanitation, health, labor, energy, agriculture and telecommunications. Finally, I have managed data from primary (household surveys, focus groups and in-depth interviews) and secondary sources (national surveys, and public entities’ budgetary and personnel information, among others).
