My passion is developing organizations and their teams to raise their performance. During my career I have learned that - for a strategy to be successful, the way you implement it is at least as important as the strategy itself. For: “culture eats strategy for breakfast.” Many organisations put a lot of effort in developing a clear strategy and a desired organization structure that is in line with that strategy. But still the question remains: how do you implement this new strategy? How do you ensure that people understand and commit to the desired direction? How can you support and develop teams so, that they can easily adapt and improve their performance?During my career I have set up, managed and implemented many programs that focused on strategy execution, customer value and continues improvement with change management, Agile and Lean methods.
