Since 2011, as a Breathwork Practitioner, I assist people in their personal journey of self exploring and development to achieve a deeper self connection and sense of freedom to achieve whatever they want. I combine this with coaching as I have found the combination very powerful. I became a Professional and Accredited Coach (ACC/ ICF) in 2020 and I have a demonstrated history of working in the profit and non-profit organization management industry in different cultural environments in Africa. Next to breathwork I have a passion for developing and empowering young people in Africa. Whether they are graduates and seeking their first employment or are working for a couple of years and are looking for career advancement. I love assisting people in their personal journey and playing a small part in their life path.
