I contributed in the development of a new LMS (learning management system). My main task was to figure out how technology, as well as elements like user interface, design eg. can motivate students to share knowledge and content with each other.

Five weeks internship. I worked with the implementation of new content in Vokal - a tool for learning analytics. My main task was to find how an assessment tool in math could provide the students with educational material according to their' learning needs, as indicated by their responses to questions, tasks and experiences.

I was responsible for the implementation and coordination of courses run by Oslo Red Cross, as well as for existing and new instructors. One of my main focuses was how instructors can make use of both analytical and normative didactics in their dissemination. Practical and theoretical planning, implementation, assessment and evaluation of teaching and learning was important key words in this role.

I held a six month position as tutor and special education teacher for a third class. One of my responsibilities was preparation of IEP's and mapping of learning for the latter group of students.I also taught in math, Norwegian, religion and arts and crafts, in addition to providing special education in Norwegian and math to students with special needs.
