The last four years I was leading the Swedish team responsible for customer and business support within the company. Before that my role was business coordinator for one of the brands. Involved in the implementation of SAP for the Swedish organization.In the operational work, I have mainly worked for the sales organization and also with reporting to central units in the company. Production of reports for analysis, loading of customer information and prices as well as handling of agreements are the largest areas. Our work tools are mainly SAP and CRM, Sales Force. Contact with customers to take care of incoming errands and solving problems. The position also required a close cooperation with the financial as well as the logisitic department.
