Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprises with a turnover > EUR 2 million and advising them over finance structures, working capital, cash management, treasury and risk mitigation.

Responsible for the Trade results of our business unit the Netherlands ( results EUR 30/mio) by organising and coaching the Trade Sales organisation (9 consultants) with a business plan, budget and targets, MIS, training, brochures and flyers and sales tools and actions. Allignment with our backoffices in EMEA and Azia and our productdevelopment.

Responsible for analysing a credit portfolio of a sales area when they require a new our changed credit for their SME and Corporate Clients. The analysing involves an inventarisation of the current and future risk and mitigation vs the obligore exposure in order to mitigate risks in advising a financial structure and optimize our credit EP

Advising a portfolio of Corporate Clients and SME Districts of their payments and cashmanagement issues. That involves analysing and advising the current account structure, the logistics of the current administration, the flow of money, DSO, ratio's (working capital ratio's), payments methods etc in order to optimize the internal administrative organisation, cash balances, the credit requirements and the intrest and treasury management.
