Performed vendors selection based on a requirements analysis. The system included multiple components: Reporting incidents and calamities, audits, quality manual, and management information.

Design included defining roles, responsibilities and processes for the desired IT function. Whilst launching this new department, responsible for running the day to day business in IT. This included stakeholdermanagement inside and outside the organisation, vendor management, and contractmanagement. Preparing and recruitment new staff for this department.

Support and coaching of Product Ownership within Corporate Communications.

Product Owner for team IT Communications and projectmanagement for larger joint projects of Communications & IT. Responsible for company wide stakeholder management concerning communication applications (e.g. websites). Coördinating and prioritising the various tasks on the backlog of the scrum team.

Upgrading the Quality Management System, either by adjusting existing descriptions or developing new descriptions. These descriptions were developed after in-depth interviews with those employees responsible for the procedures. Furthermore, I assisted with the preparation of an internal audit on certain procedures of the Quality Management System.
