The related issues are thermal and moisture protection specifically for the roofing systems, building remodeling (demolitions, façade, doors and openings, finishes, floors, structure, bathrooms, clean and sanitary water distribution, site improvements, ADA access compliance, internal electrical distribution, etc.), technical customer services for the existing tenants, real estate repairs estimates, building condition and repair assessments. Related Project Management Projects: C-Axis Building Remodeling, Caguas, PR (Special Turn-key project) - The assigned duty was as design manager and project manager during construction. InterAmerican University Parking Development, Aguadilla, PR – The assigned duty was as design manager. Toledo Fine Locks, Vega Alta, PR and Danosa Puerto Rico, Bayamon, PR (General Repairs Projects) – These projects are a few of many in which involve the repairing of an existing building in order to facilitate the occupancy by a tenant. Project Planning Evaluation for rental or selling of the industrial type buildings, this include performing a planning code compliance research in order to recommend or deny the real estate transaction. Related Planning Projects: Update the company’s properties catalog maps – Using a GIS Software (ArcMap by ESRI) it was required to update the reference maps of the company. Location and transaction consults in the Puerto Rico Planning Board of new projects to be developed within the Municipality of Caguas.
