Prior to that, I was a Customer Experience Analyst at EBANX, where I helped to provide solutions for online payment platforms in Latin America. I have over three years of experience in customer service, contract management, and B2B commerce. I actively participated in the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana, from structuring to the final testing phase. I am currently pursuing in Project Management at Centro Universitário São Camilo, which will enhance my ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.
