I work for Sandvik AB of Sweden. I conduct end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions, both in Sweden and Internationally. I work with each recruitment as a bespoke assignment and take independent responsibility for the process from initial conversation to candidate placement. I work with hiring managers on selecting the best approach, advertising channels, selection tools and then conduct competency based interviews, alongside hiring managers. I also conduct psychometric testing as part of the recruitment process and am a certified practitioner of the Saville Consulting, WAVE personality profiling tool. I act as a project manager in terms of recruitment and have daily interaction and communication with a variety of stakeholders, specialists and candidates in both the Swedish and English language. Including : Oil & Gas, Engineers, Digital Manufacturing, International Management, Field Technicians, Student Recruitment, Automation technicians and specialists. Connected to both the Employee Branding and Recruitment departments of Sandvik, I was part of the core team responsible for the first pilot project of Sandvik's new graduate trainee program, "The Global Trainee Program". The program had a global focus and we simultaneously lead the recruitment of young professionals in 4/5 countries to ensure capture of the best talent in the Marketplace. I had daily interaction with Sweden, USA, China and India, produced schedules and plans, communicated with candidates, took part in the initial selection and screening of several thousand applicants.
