I assisted in different activities, such as some scientific projects, I maintained institutional relations with different organizations, in meetings called monthly and I wrote the necessary documents for the different areas of the Foundation.

In my last performance as Community & Social Media Manager I applied the knowledge acquired that I could obtain in different platforms to elaborate social network plans, calendars of ephemeris, copywriting, among other elements that serve to execute the development and potential of a virtual community.

In my pre-professional practice I worked as a Community Manager of the Foundation, which means that I was in charge of the "Press and Communications" section, which in the end can be summed up in two points: 1. Being the main person in charge of the 4 social networks -Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn-. Inside them I did make institutional informative publications that reflect the activities carried out in an audiovisual way (photos, text, videos, etc.), share information regarding the proposed objectives, among other things. 2. I checked the email with the Bonding Director and the President if necessary for more specific or technical issues.

I was in charge of the branding, the social media strategy and the execution of the planification with a principal focus on Instagram.

I worked at the Entrance Table of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, my job consists of efficiently supporting the work of my superiors in order to contribute to generating a proactive and pleasant work environment, I am in charge of basic administrative tasks such as:1. Receive and register official documentation from the different Departments of the University directed to our Faculty.2. Organize them in a systematic and hierarchical way, generating accessibility to them, in some cases applying protocol sealing.3. Attention and advice to the public, physically and by telephone, in simple protocols or orientation within the University and the Faculty.4. Inter-departmental distribution of documentation within the campus.5. Various and situational assignments that can contribute to reduce the amount of work of my colleagues and superiors.
