Nov 2022 - PresentCore team- Created a system to enforce a cap on total value of COD (Cash on Delivery) that a driver can handle in a day, along with the caching required to keep the overhead of this enforcement low.- Developed features required by the business side of Ninja Van, such as tracking of parcel pickup events for data analysis, and expanding the existing system to handle flow of PUDO (Pick Up, Drop Off) parcels.- Migrated functionalities (Messaging, Printer, and AWB templates) from Core service to new or existing microservices while ensuring that the existing functionality remains correct during the course of migration.- Optimize existing endpoints and functionalities in Core service through methods such as caching, batching, fixing N+1 problem, GraphQL DataLoader, processing asynchronous-able operation using Kafka, etc.July 2022 - Nov 2022Mile 0 - Partner Integration Squad- Worked with big partners of Ninja Van to integrate their system to ours, mainly involving order creation and sending webhooks on order status in a timely manner.- Assisted in developing a system to automate or delegate integration testing of smaller shippers, reducing hours of time required from developers to audit integration tests.
