As a Climate Policy Advisor, I collaborate with a dynamic team of AgricYouthChampions to develop a Policy Demand Paper for COP29. My role involves researching and analyzing climate policies, particularly in the context of smallholder farming and youth engagement, to craft evidence-based and impactful recommendations. By gathering insights from young farmers and agricultural stakeholders, we ensure our policy suggestions address the unique challenges and opportunities in sustainable agriculture. Our collective effort aims to advocate for the inclusion of locally-led adaptions, youth voices in global climate policy discussions.

Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria

I lead climate change assessments and support activities to reduce GHG emissions through improved forest management, sustainable livelihood alternatives, and improved policy and regulatory enabling environment for ten thousand (10,000) households.2.
