As Head of Customer Experience, I champion experience design in all forms, for our luxury clients at Publicis Luxe, applying UX, UI and service design thinking to all D2C touch-points: E-com & Shop-in-Shop, CRM & Loyalty, Retail & E-retail, Social media. Customer Journey mapping, at a micro and macro level, also allows me to define the content need, production and distribution within this ecosystem. Coming from a double background (digital ecosystem design vs. digital marketing campaign), I’m looking at interfaces and content to create edgy and seamless brand experiences that delight and innovate ; as well as strategic ambition that challenges existing business models. I had the opportunity to work with brands such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Fenty, Lacoste or Audemars Piguet.
