I am currently a Sophomore at the Kelley School of Business, planning on majoring in Management & Professional Services. Throughout high school, I have been involved in the Varsity Girls Badminton team in which I was team captain my junior and senior year. As team captain, I ran drills, warmups, coached other girls on the team, and conducted various team bonding events. I also had the opportunity to regulate the all-freshman conference with teams from over 16 different schools. I am in the Phi Mu Sorority-Delta Alpha Chapter and a part of the Indiana University Panhellenic Mental Health Allies. As a member I actively participate in sorority-wide meetings where we foster community and effective communication. I am on the Favors Committee in the Panhellenic Mental Health Allies Association where I design and implement marketing strategies including fliers and posters. I also help market and produce new merchandise for chapter events.Within the first two weeks of starting university, I participated in many case competitions. My team and I recently participated in the KPMG National Ideation Challenge in which we proposed our innovative solution incorporating Generative AI into Petco’s business to streamline and maximize user engagement. Out of 270+ teams, our team emerged amongst the top 5 through our driven collaboration and our seamless AI integration method.I am motivated by passion for critical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset. I enjoy learning about new topics and then finding business applications for everything I know. My success in case competitions has not just been because of my solutions-oriented mindset but also my communication skills.
