PM duty:1,develop new suppliers, audit new suppliers capability and feasibility ,ensures businessrelationships between company2,check with France team for tooling sourcing and launch3,after project launch, check and confirm with supplier the timing, checking customer requestand standard point by point4,help suppliers for design(DFM/tool 3D study), meanwhile, check quality and timing5,doing design review with TGS designer and suppliers, do the communication and check thedesign improvements(DFM/pre-study/study)6,after top milling,follow manufacturing status (check the status and timing),and report to TGS7,doing trial and provide report (check parameter/temperature/PL fitting/cooling circuit /solvethe issues occurred/parts conformity)8, disassemble the mold and provide the report ( to be sure molds has no issues and standardconformity)9, follow the fine tuning status10,check the mold improvements and quality before shipment with report from test anddisassembly report11, do weekly meeting each Monday with TGS team France to report status and discuss theissues occurred12,manage all suppliers and all tools to be sure it goes smoothly and accordinglyduring the whole progress , if there's difficulty between TGS and supplier, will help and do thecommunication to solve it
