My passion is my profession: delivering a great digital experience for ALDI SOUTH customers worldwide – and leading and inspiring my team on this exciting journey! With my IT background and almost 30 years of professional experience – 17 of these at ALDI SOUTH IT – I still find it fascinating how technology provides tremendous value for both businesses and customers alike. At ALDI SOUTH International IT, we develop IT solutions for global use along ALDI SOUTH’s value chain, connecting over 7,000 stores across four continents. In our Customer Interaction business unit, we work in product-oriented teams following a scaled agile delivery model to create seamless, engaging customer journeys – from marketing to e-commerce all the way to customer services. In my role as Managing Director, I am leading my team through an exciting people-process-technology transformation, which is both inspiring and demanding.
