I was the lead product designer on custom CRM & LMS systems for IBC Bank. The project involved working with key stakeholders and business analysts in creating flow diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups. I successfully brought cohesion to the three tracts and helped the team design, realize and develop quicker by implementing a Design system. I also helped balance the customer's needs and the project budget by reusing and revamping existing processes and elements. In addition, I worked with the development team on the implementation and QA Testing.

I worked on a contract base to update the branding, redesign their website and dashboard. The project involved working with stakeholders in creating a content strategy, designing flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and the development of the website. The new brand launch was instrumental in helping them create a critical partnership with Nationwide Insurance.

I worked on a contract with the Bluematch team to redesign their website, landing pages, and dashboard. The project involved working with stakeholders to design user flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups. After launch, the design update resulted in a more intuitive UI that drove a lower CPL and converted at a higher rate.

Contract work with the Good & Co team and key stakeholders to create wireframes, designs, and develop landing pages focused on converting visitors to download a new app they had launched.
