Aunque mi función aquí no tiene nada que ver con mis estudios y mi trayectoria pasada en publicidad y marketing, por temas personales me he hecho cargo de estas dos responsabilidades. Renovarse o morir, dicen.Actualmente soy la directora de RRHH, a finales del año 2017 empecé a implantar hasta el día de hoy el nuevo procedimiento y departamento de RRHH dentro de la empresa creado por mi, y lo seguimos mejorando y actualizando constantemente porque creo que debe de ser un departamento vivo y que vaya cambiando y evolucionando conforme al momento en el que se encuentra cada empresa, y nosotros actualmente y con la venta en Diciembre de 2022 de PARTIDA ADUANAS al grupo inversor Everwood Capital estamos en pleno cambio y desarrollo.En Julio de 2024 PARTIDA compró AGSA LOGISTICS en Barcelona, por lo que también soy su directora de RRHH.Intento desde mi posición ir mejorando el clima laboral y la satisfacción de los empleados ya que pienso que hay que hacer de la empresa un lugar en el que te guste estar y esto es positivo tanto para la empresa como para todos los compañer@s. "Un trabajador feliz rinde más que uno descontento".Por otro lado, hasta diciembre de 2022 fui la responsable de la certificación OEA (Operador Económico Autorizado) que posee la empresa, que es un operador que garantiza la seguridad y la fiabilidad en las operaciones aduaneras, realizaba constantes auditorias internas para que se siguieran los procedimientos internos. Estoy en constante aprendizaje y con la experiencia y la formación que voy recibiendo espero mejorar en mis responsabilidades y habilidades.
