As a Project Manager at iMDsoft I manage multiple healthcare IT implementation projects, including planning, risk management and coordination of various resources.I work closely with Pre-sales, assisting with RFP’s, managing implementations in the DACH area, working directly with the hospitals and interdisciplinary department.I also manage team members located in different countries of the DACH and when required recruit new personnel.I am responsible for on-site product training and implementation of clinical information systems, including workflow integration and user support.

In my role as Senior Application Specialist I was responsible for leading scripting and writing courses on site. I ensured that all training material was relevant and that each delegate had a full understanding of the course objectives.I took part in Independent implementations on site and ensured that a full release plan was in place and that there was a contingency plan in the event of any issues.I managed various teams (hospital staff) on site and tutored new employees on implementation protocol and then shadowed them during implementations.I created system requirements for interfaces according to the site and implemented them with our team of in-house developers.I also worked with HL7, ADT, Labs, MDM, BAR, ORU, medical devices and other hospital interfaces
