Responsibilities:Full life cycle recruitment process of IT specialists:- Search and selection of candidates of different specializations and different level: C++, Java, .Net, JavaScript, PHP, Python, DevOps, Security IT, QA, Project manager, Delivery manager etc.- Knowledge of Technical skills in recruitment perspective.- Conducting HR-interviews via a phone/Skype or face to face.- Arranging technical interviews/interviews with internal managers/customer interviews- Support of candidates during whole interviewing process: CV editing, consulting, vacancies selection.- Communication and active collaboration with candidates, clients and internal managers.- Monitoring and analyzing job marketTeam work:- Couching/training and supervising of intern/junior recruitment staff;- Team members’ support;- Search of candidates for IT positions - internet, social net, professional community, databases, forums, headhunting, recommendations requests;- Selection of potential candidates for further interviews;- Phone interviewing of candidates.- Negotiation with clients.

Responsibilities:- Search of personnel on different level position (administrative, middle and top);- Keep the project from obtaining the application till the ending of candidate's probation period in the client's company;- Searching for candidates for opened positions (placing vacancies in internet, searching for resumes, working with database, social media, recommendations and headhunting);- Interviewing and assessing candidates;- Writing characteristics of the candidates for clients;- Coordinating meetings with clients (dates agreement, preparing candidates for interviews, feedback);- Reference check.- Working with clients (holding meetings, salary survey consultation, discussing open positions, coordinating criteria of searching);- Outplacement projects;- Making reports.
