• Monitor filing deadlines noted on docket reports for all US and foreign patent applications; assist with review/clearing of docketing and communicate details to Docketing.

• Prepare and file PCT applications and draft/finalize correspondence to foreign associates.
• Prepare routine correspondence for attorney; create reporting letters and legal documents utilizing in-house software/database tool.
• Create, maintain and organize paper files; maintain and organize electronic files; maintain client preferences and contacts within Outlook.
