I’m a project manager. I love my job and think being an agile PM is one of the coolest things to do ever. You’re the one who make things happen. Even when you no longer code or design, you nurture your team and see how bunch of people, who work in the same office space become a real team.You are the one to whom all the project paths converge – whether it’s a budget matter from your sponsor, a task conflict from your team member, a problem from your vendor. You negotiate, convince, cajole, assert, pester, question, report, justify and produce.And when the project is done, all challenges are resolved, you feel the pride inside that makes all the effort worthwhile. And I really like that.
