As Quality Assurance (QA) and Methods Chief my main responsibility is to be the leading expert on that area. I strive to understand always the big picture and the systems aspect. I have carried out several assessment of clients' R&D and QA practices in various sectors, e.g. media, consumer, wellness, energy, public and military. I have also facilitated and led change projects, e.g. in agile development and requirements management. I am also a certified trainer of Testing courses from ISTQB syllabus. I have given trainings in tens of courses with excellent feedback and pass rates.

Three Head of Q&P positions: Multiradio R&D, Common Multiradio R&D and Radio Platforms.Led a team of 25 Q&P professionals providing support to whole RA R&D in areas such as product process and tool deployments as well as product program quality assurance, both HW and SW. Established, managed and further improved a suggestion scheme boosting the continuous improvement across a large global organization.Kicked off an RA R&D transformation project to significantly increase productivity and flexibility, and to bring cost savings.

Deployed the newly defined NSN Mode of Operation, governance principles and Product Process.Drove the product development renewal by introducing the agile / iterative development and related pre-requisities, e.g. test automation and continuous integration.Obtained a good understanding of a different company culture and way of working as well as identified differences, communalities and best practices.

Led a team of ~50 Q&P and Customer Documentation professionals. Designed and implemented the measurement system and the non-financial scorecard for CN.The average product development program duration in CN decreased by 38% and average program slippage by 41% in two years. At the same time the customer reported faults decreased by 52% when normalized with number of completed programs.Led the assessment of product creation capabilities in multi-business, multi-program organization. The assessment results led to a CN wide change program.
