We travel, migrate, work, we date internationally - the world indeed has become a small place... Our world and work has changed, however, our minds didn´t...Think about it:- when were you ever taught how NOT to stereotype in the world where our media is all about anything BUT stereotyping?- when were you ever taught how to cooperate with people from other cultures in the world where our leaders engage themselves in endless competition with each other, instead of solving OUR SHARED PROBLEMS like global warming or pandemic to name just a few?- when have you been taught how to multiply the creativity of very different people, when the instincts that we inherited from our ancestors make us fear the different other? To help people overcome communication barriers that appear in the cross-cultural environment, I created the GLOBAL CITIZENZ - an educational project aimed at bringing different people together by making intercultural knowledge available to Millenials and Generation Z entrepreneurs and professionals.
